Situation
BubblePanda approached LWU after a strong Q4 in 2023 and a weak Q1 2024 - the goal was to build better ‘business as usual’ performance. To drive sales and improve scale, efficiently, during the quieter periods of the year, adding consistency to revenue and NET Profitability.
We started work with Bubble Panda in April 2024, with an average of around £50k per month revenue.
The Task
Bubble Panda needed efficient scaling: to boost revenue without surrendering profitability. We followed a proven testing structure for creative to identify the audience’s primary interests in the product and their key decision-making factors in a purchase.
Following this thread, we developed and scaled existing concepts to drive higher revenues, expanding an initial testing set out into multiple high-performing campaigns driving a bROAS 15% above target goals by the end of Q3 (3.911 vs 3)
Actions
We developed a new creative style and ad structure with Bubble Panda, prioritising efficient scale with targeted campaign themes: product information, deal-focused structures, specific segmenting, and finally a cautious but aggressive scaling approach that allowed us to produce 400% revenue growth in 7 months.
Results
Following a Q2 of consistent scaling, BubblePanda achieved 6-figure revenues every month during Q3, with a near-400% revenue growth since February, while substantially exceeding the 3.9 bROAS targets with a 4+.
With this additional revenue, Bubble Panda has been able to increase headcount, drive new operational processes, and resolve supply chain scaling - all within 6 months of onboarding.
