Sea Magik, a family-owned business since 1981, had successfully built a strong B2B presence but had never ventured into paid advertising. With a growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) function, Kate and her team needed rapid scale and proof of concept to secure investor confidence and drive long-term growth.

We began working with Sea Magik with the objective of creating a profitable and scalable paid advertising strategy that would turn their organic and wholesale success into a thriving DTC channel.

The Task
