Situation

Overload, a fitness brand with a revolutionary product called Crealtye, joined us in late 2023. Their goal was to disrupt the fitness industry and shift the market away from industry leaders using an organic branding approach. Initially focused on TikTok, they partnered with us to scale their business further.

The Task

Our mission was to move their marketing efforts onto Meta, break record sales days and months, and significantly scale their business. We aimed to increase revenue, boost order numbers, and lower CPA while expanding their reach.

Actions

  1. Transition to Meta: We started by shifting their marketing efforts from TikTok to Meta. This move was crucial for reaching a broader audience and leveraging Meta’s powerful ad platform.
  2. Creative Strategy: We focused on a creative strategy that emphasized Overload’s mission to change the industry. This included targeting the right audience and positioning the brand as an industry disruptor.
  3. Founder Style UGC: User-generated content (UGC) featuring the founder became a central part of our strategy. The founder's story—leaving school to build a brand from scratch—resonated with the audience and added authenticity.
  4. Hook Testing: We conducted extensive hook testing to identify what messaging and engagement tactics worked best. This allowed us to refine our approach and reach new audiences effectively.
  5. Scaling and Optimization: As we scaled the spend, we continuously worked on lowering the CPA. This involved fine-tuning the creative and targeting strategies to ensure efficient use of the budget.

Results

In just five months, Overload saw incredible growth:

  • Revenue Increase: Up 589%.
  • Order Increase: Up 531%.
  • Spend Increase: Up 200% since launch.
  • Improved CPA: Despite increased spend, CPA continued to improve.
  • First-Time Customers: Increased by 125% through targeted messaging and engagement.

Our creative strategy played a major role in driving month-on-month growth, and the founder’s authentic UGC helped build a strong connection with the audience.
