Situation
KLORIS, a premium wellness brand founded by Matt & Pedram, faced a challenge in scaling Meta ads profitably. Their core goal was to acquire new customers at scale, feeding them into their retention system for long-term growth. However, their existing strategy was falling short of delivering sustainable and efficient acquisition results.
To unlock growth, KLORIS needed a structured, scalable approach to Meta advertising that would drive high-quality new customer conversions while maintaining profitability.
The Task
The challenge was twofold:
- Revamping KLORIS' creative strategy to speak more directly to their ideal customer profile (ICP), ensuring their messaging aligned with key customer pain points.
- Completely restructuring the Meta ad account to introduce a more efficient, scalable approach—leveraging "no-brainer" new customer offers to drive conversions.
By focusing on the primary objections and decision-making factors influencing their target audience, we built a data-driven strategy to optimise both creative and media buying for sustainable, profitable growth.
Actions
- Creative Overhaul: We reworked KLORIS' ad creatives to communicate their unique selling propositions (USPs) clearly while addressing common customer objections.
- Audience & Offer Optimisation: By refining targeting and introducing compelling new customer offers, we maximised the efficiency of ad spend while boosting conversions.
- Account Restructuring: A complete rebuild of KLORIS' Meta account, shifting to a performance-driven structure that allowed for systematic scaling and efficient budget allocation.
Results
Through a structured and data-led approach, KLORIS experienced a 546% increase in Meta ROAS, alongside a 19% MER and a 2.3x NCROAS.
With this transformation, KLORIS was able to scale customer acquisition profitably, fueling their retention system and setting the foundation for sustained long-term growth.
