Situation

KLORIS, a premium wellness brand founded by Matt & Pedram, faced a challenge in scaling Meta ads profitably. Their core goal was to acquire new customers at scale, feeding them into their retention system for long-term growth. However, their existing strategy was falling short of delivering sustainable and efficient acquisition results.

To unlock growth, KLORIS needed a structured, scalable approach to Meta advertising that would drive high-quality new customer conversions while maintaining profitability.

The Task

The challenge was twofold:

  1. Revamping KLORIS' creative strategy to speak more directly to their ideal customer profile (ICP), ensuring their messaging aligned with key customer pain points.
  2. Completely restructuring the Meta ad account to introduce a more efficient, scalable approach—leveraging "no-brainer" new customer offers to drive conversions.

By focusing on the primary objections and decision-making factors influencing their target audience, we built a data-driven strategy to optimise both creative and media buying for sustainable, profitable growth.
