Situation

Happy Lawn, a brand that specialises in lawn care products, joined us at the beginning of 2024. They offer a product called the “Lawn Pack” that promises to repair lawns and make them perfect in under four weeks. Their goal was to double their revenue from 2023, and since partnering with us, we’ve helped them achieve this and set new targets.

The Task

Our mission was to quickly get their ads live during their peak season and maximise their revenue, treating this period like a long Black Friday for lawn care. We needed to hit the ground running to make the most of this prime time.

Actions

  1. Initial Setup: We had a quick turnaround to launch their ads. We started with a chat with Jack, the owner, to align on plans and expectations. This helped us build a strong relationship and ensure we were on the same page.
  2. Early Results: With a monthly budget of £7.5k, we set up all our creatives and got things moving. By the end of January, we were seeing a 3.7x ROAS on Meta, setting us up for aggressive scaling.
  3. Scaling in February: In February, we ramped up the spend by 482% and hit an average ROAS of 3.84x, a 14% increase from January. We exceeded their revenue goal for 2023 by increasing revenue by 128%.
  4. Further Growth in March: In March, we increased spend by another 321% and maintained a ROAS of 2.9x. Revenue increased by 239% compared to the previous year, making March the biggest month yet.
  5. Creative Strategy: We worked closely with Jack to ensure we had all the creative assets needed to sustain results during this busy period.

Results

Since joining us, Happy Lawn has seen tremendous growth:

  • Revenue Increase: Up 241% compared to the previous year.
  • Hit 7 Figures: Achieving significant financial milestones.
  • 2023 Revenue: Surpassed their overall revenue figure by 92% in just five months.
