Situation

Lucy & Lola, a brand specialising in custom embroidered clothing for pets, joined us in the summer of 2023. They offer a variety of products including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and backpacks—perfect for any pet lover. Working with them has been an absolute pleasure.

The Task

Our job was to get their ads going on Meta, ramp up their daily spending, boost their revenue and ROAS, and bring down their CPA. Plus, we needed to get ready for big sales events like Black Friday to really make an impact.

Actions

  1. Kickoff: We started their ad campaign on Meta and saw a 3.85x ROAS in the first week, even on lower spend.
  2. Scaling Up: We gradually increased their budget, which led to more revenue and a better ROAS, all while lowering the CPA.
  3. Creative Focus: By August, we had upped the budget by 115% and increased revenue by 150% compared to the previous year. We worked closely with Lucy to make sure we had the best creatives to keep the good results coming.
  4. Continued Growth: By September, we continued the scale with an additional 231% growth in revenue & 228% increase in new customers. Things kept getting better every month.
  5. Black Friday Prep: In October, we started planning for Black Friday. We made sure all our creative and messaging were ready in advance to avoid any last-minute issues. The campaign was a hit, with a 552% increase in revenue compared to November 2022, a ROAS of 4.22x, and the lowest CPA since we started.
