Khanum’s, known for their beautiful and empowering clothing, came to us after a disappointing Q4. Despite their stunning designs and high-quality finishes, their sales weren’t where they wanted them to be. They needed to increase New Customer Acquisition (NCA), scale their ad spend, and boost top-line revenue.

The Task

Our mission was clear: find and fix the leaks in their sales funnel and ad account, streamline their marketing efforts, and make every dollar spent count. We needed to act quickly to recover from what should have been their best quarter of the year.

Deep Dive Analysis: We started by thoroughly analysing their funnel and ad account to uncover the issues impacting NCA.

  1. Focused Strategy: We decided to streamline their ad account, concentrating their spend on fewer, high-impact areas. The mantra was clear: do less, but do it better.
  2. Product and Creative Push: We identified key products to promote, delved into their creative assets, and tapped into existing data to highlight undervalued areas.
